What club organisers usually want to know
Who can register a club?
A club owner, committee member or authorised organiser should submit the application.
Will this replace our social media pages?
It can complement them. Keep using the channels your community already enjoys, while giving people one structured place to understand the club, apply, find events and manage bookings.
What should I prepare before applying?
Start with your club name, main location, country and focus. Description, rules, eligibility details, social links and branding can be added later.
Can several people help manage the club?
Yes. Once approved, the club owner can add suitable co-owners and organisers without sharing account passwords.
Can we use it for different types of events?
Yes. Clubs can promote meets, drives, shows, workshops, social events and track-focused activities.
How do event QR tickets work?
Each completed booking receives a unique ticket linked to that event and member. Organisers can scan it at entry, and a checked-in ticket cannot be reused.
Is the club published immediately?
No. A submitted request is private while it is reviewed. It is either approved or returned for changes before publication.
Is it free?
The platform currently states that it is free for clubs and members. No future-price guarantee is made.
Who owns club and member data?
Organisers remain responsible for club information they submit, while members control their own account information. The Privacy Policy and Terms explain how the platform processes stored information.
Can we export our information?
Yes. Approved organisers can export club members, club events and event attendance from the Organiser Dashboard. Members can separately download their personal account data from Account Settings.
Can an account or club be deleted?
Members have an account deletion route. Club removal and organiser data requests should be sent to support so ownership and member access can be checked safely.
Are there member limits or guaranteed backups?
No public member limit or backup guarantee is currently documented, so the platform does not claim either. Contact support if these are essential to your club.
