Event responsibility notice

Events listed on Whats That Car Club are organised, controlled and supervised by the named event organiser, club, venue or third-party provider, not by Whats That Car Club or Copper Fox Digital unless we expressly say otherwise. Organisers are responsible for event permissions, risk assessments, insurance, route planning, roadworthiness requirements, safeguarding, crowd control, public safety, payments, refunds and compliance with all applicable laws. Where an event uses public roads, public land, venues, motorsport facilities or public gatherings, the organiser must make any required notifications or applications to the relevant local authority, venue, police, highways authority or other responsible body. Drivers, passengers, spectators and members attend at their own risk and must satisfy themselves that the event, vehicle, licence, insurance and conditions are suitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whats That Car Club and Copper Fox Digital accept no responsibility for loss, injury, damage, penalties, cancellations, disputes or legal compliance issues arising from third-party events listed on the platform.
